"La Luna" is a 14''x21'' painting created on location in Sedona Arizona in the late afternoon. I painted this over 4 sessions to capture that warm golden light just as the sun sets behind the distant mountains. On the first day the moon was rising in the east and I found it to balance Cathedral Rock perfectly. What incredible nature surrounds this town. The red rocks are unike anywhere else on earth.
This particular painting will come framed in a beautiful antiqued dark grey/black frame with red accents and a silver lip.
