A 9''x12'' oil painting created in Telluride, Colorado. This scene was painted just a little ways past the airport on a short hike through incredible fields of green. The rain was coming and going but this just pulled me into the subject even more. I hope that I was able to capture the freshness of the Colorado mountains and hope you can feel the chill in the air.
